Young people returning to their communities often face significant challenges, including limited support, disrupted education, unstable relationships, employment barriers, and pressure to return to old environments or behaviors.
My Past, Your Future helps bridge the gap between incarceration and successful reentry. We provide a safe, respectful environment where youth can develop the mindset, skills, and support system they need to move forward.
